1. WHERE CAN I SEE AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS?
That's easy. Login to your Gemler account and hit the + button (find it in the top right corner). This opens the Cashier and displays all the available deposit options for you.
2. HOW DO I DEPOSIT?
- Open the Cashier.
- Select the payment method you want to use and enter an amount.
- Complete your payment details and confirm.
Your deposit will be processed immediately, and your balance updated with your new funds.
3. ARE DEPOSITS INSTANT?
Yes, deposits are processed instantly and should be in your account in seconds.
4. HOW DO I WITHDRAW MY WINNINGS?
Make a withdrawal in three simple steps:
- Select the 'Withdrawal' tab in your main account menu list.
- Choose your withdrawal method and the amount you wish to withdraw.
- Confirm your withdrawal.
Withdrawals usually need to be made via the same method you used to make the original deposit. For example, if you deposited with Visa, you would need to withdraw funds back to the same Visa card.
If, for any reason, the payment method you used to make a deposit is no longer valid, please get in touch with player support before trying to withdraw funds.
5. HOW QUICKLY ARE WITHDRAWALS PROCESSED?
Gemler processes all withdrawals within 72 hours, although many withdrawal methods are faster and, in some cases, instant.
Card payments and some bank methods can take an additional few days to reach your account. Unfortunately, we have no control over that - blame banks for being slow!
If your account is fully verified, you may benefit from faster withdrawals.
6. WHY DO I NEED TO VERIFY MY ACCOUNT?
Due to numerous laws and regulations, Gemler is obliged to confirm the identity of players. This helps prevent underage gambling and illegal activities.
We have made the verification process as simple as possible. If you are asked to verify your account, please provide us with a copy of some national ID (passport, driving license, national identity card), plus a proof of address document.
This document can be a recent bank statement or utility bill that clearly shows your name and your current address. These must match the details you used when opening your account with us.
When any player makes cumulative deposits exceeding €2,000, we require you to complete a short Source of Wealth questionnaire. This asks how you are funding your gambling. In some cases, we may require supporting documentation.
